Sure it's fine to piece of work out 4 days in a row. I lift heavy Monday-Thursday and take Fridays off. Weekends I practise strictly without touching any weights and perform only bodyweight exercises (pushups, pullups, dips, situps, etc.), hit the punching bag, and play basketball game or another sport. Its been working great for me.

I would feel fashion also lazy though if I took of Friday-Sunday every calendar week. I'd try to fill up it in with something.

Manual laborers workout 5-half dozen days in a row for 8+ hours with a suspension for lunch. They don't rush through their sets, and there is absolutely no drama.

Eastern European weightlifters who have the luxury of state support typically treat it as a job and lift vi days a week and mayhap two or 3 times a day.

The hole-and-corner in both cases is that they don't go all out all the fourth dimension, which but burns y'all out too quickly. The lifters might squat iii times a calendar week or more, merely but once actually heavy, pull 6 times a week, but again simply one time heavy.

Unless you lot have your sights on the Olympics, or the Olympia, yous don't have to use such an Olympian workload. If y'all are recovering and progressing nicely, go on using your 4 days in a row program.

If you lot actually want to do something with the not exercise days, practice your mind.........Mens sana in corpore sano.

Yep it's nifty to piece of work out 4 days in a row. The swell thing about muscles is that they don't demand rest days in order to abound. That'southward why I prefer to piece of work out viii times a day 365 days a yr.

OP, do you understand what is needed for muscle growth? If not, I suggest you inquiry it before making these retarded threads.

No. Y'all could easily workout for two hours a day on a 6 solar day split up and see good progress. Information technology all depends on the person and where they are at. Each private is dissimilar.
